The actual preparation for your surgery will begin several weeks before your surgery as you prepare yourself physically as well as mentally for your procedure. You can rest easy knowing that we’ll be right there with you as you get ready for your surgery. 

Proper Preparation

• Writing down any questions that you might have about your surgery and asking them at your pre-operation consultation
• Making sure that you have transportation to and from the surgery center
• Buying anything that you’ll need for your recovery after the surgery
• Procuring all necessary pre-operative medicines that you might need
• Getting all supplies and clothing you’ll need the night before your surgery

The day of your surgery you’ll want to be sure to:

• Dress comfortably
• Make sure you have all cases and containers that you might need for your glasses, jewelry and contact lenses
• Bring your insurance card, all necessary legal documents and your driver’s license
• Arrive early
• Make sure that the person who will be providing you with transportation knows when they’re picking you up
